LG Electronics offers precision-manufactured and market-leading energy storage systems for homeowners, and businesses, who demand high performance, reliability and an engaged manufacturing partner - all from a brand they can trust.With overall responsibility for LG ESS regional sales and business operations, the ESS Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for the identification, qualification, capture, management, and oversight  of all Energy Storage related business development opportunities and will be responsible for the generation of qualified pipeline growth necessary to meet or exceed the business area’s forecast and plan.  In addition, this individual will be responsible to drive general business management operations, to include but not limited to, sales operations, forecasting and financial reporting, program management, supply chain, process improvement, business planning and budgets, training, and installation support.  A first-responder mentality for all customer needs will be an ideal match in this competitive ESSmarket supporting the Noth Eastern US territory

This is a remote position we prefer that you are near a major airport for travel purposes.

In this capacity you will;•    Generate LG ESS sales and meet target revenue and profitability through traditional distribution and select, direct channel installer business•    Generate new sales opportunities, new business, and increase market share for the assigned Region while fostering a trusting relationship with clients and delivering business value.•    Generate new solution / ecosystem sales by working with and utilizing other LGE business divisions.•    Develop and implement customer service process methodologies for creating a repeatable, scalable and measurable customer delivery infrastructure within relevant vertical markets of responsibilities.•    Manage each account (possible multiple accounts in large customers) to specific targets on strategic/economic values including all relevant levels of customer personnel•    Manage account/project specific issues, risks, quality, and performance•    Co-develop and execute Go-To Market strategies with ESS Marketing and strategic partners, focusing on aggressive marketing to build the sales funnel and co-selling into high priority opportunities•    Develop and drive business strategies and plans to promote and grow LG ESS sales and market share from distribution and select, direct channel partner sales•    Manage and train key installer partners (customers) and product installers•    Responsible for originating, qualifying and shaping deals that will gain market share for LG ESS business through go-to-market approaches•    Administer LG PRO Program for value-added enablement of installer partners, grow share of wallet in LG PRO installer accounts

To be Successful you will need;•    BS required •    Minimum 5-7+ years sales/marketing and business development experience•    Minimum 5-7+ years in the Energy and Electronics Industry experience, solar and BESS a plus•    Superior technical expertise of products and services in energy storage system, storage batteries and solar products•    Proven sales track records and strong Enterprise knowledge in Energy Storage business•    Experience working with installers, hardware, solution and service providers, re-sellers, distributors, and enterprise customers•    Experience working with a range of energy storage devices: batteries, inverter devices and other products related to Energy Storage System•    Ability to build trusting relationship with customers at all level (CXO, middle managers, staff level, installer field personnel) based on subject matter expertise•    Confident presentation and communications skills•    Knowledge and trends in the Energy industry•    Strong initiative paired with results orientation•    Problem-solving skills•    Excellent business planning and organizational skills•    Strong conceptual, analytical skills and time management skills•    Financial management /asset management skills•    Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce•    Ability to travel up to 75%, to target markets, customers, projects, industry/company Shows and events

Base Pay Range: $92,000-120,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.

This base pay range is based on US national averages.
